For pre-paid accounts, you can request a full refund of amounts that have not yet been applied to advertising purchases or spent on the networks that we manage. Please note that campaign reporting tools and the tools used to pause advertising campaigns are not real-time. After your cancellation request has been made, we will deduct all funds that have been used and determine the final account balance. This balance will then be refunded. We will make a good-faith effort to handle disputed amounts based on the terms & conditions of our contract.
